Name something that you own and love and has been in use for more than 5 years. Nancy - necklace from 16th birthday. Rachel - Chelsea boots have owned and repaired for years now
What is something you want to learn to repair yourself? Nancy - visible mending. Rachel - reweaving sweaters
What is a product in your daily life that cannot be repaired that frustrates you? Nancy - pens. Rachel - kitchen or other home appliances with many parts. I should be able to repair or replace the one part without buying a whole new thing.
